AI Coach

A coach that actually
remembers

Most fitness AI starts from zero every time you open it. MyFitTrack's coach reads your real logged history — last week's runs, the sets you skipped, what you ate — and answers from that. Ask it to build a plan and it builds one you can actually finish.

  • Reads your logged runs, lifts and meals
  • Voice chat and in-workout audio cues
  • Speaks your language, all 30 of them
Coachknows your log

What should I do today?

You ran 5.2 km on Tuesday and trained legs Thursday — recovery looks good. I'd say 30 minutes of upper body. Want a plan?

Yes — home gym, dumbbells only.

Built around your kit. Six exercises, about 28 minutes. Upper Body · Home6 exercises · ~28 min

Nutrition

Photograph a meal.
Get the macros.

Point the camera at your plate and the calories, protein, carbs and fat land in your diary. When you'd rather cook to a number, the recipe library is filtered by what's left in your calorie budget for the day.

  • Water and steps in the same log

Your data

Health data is the most personal
data you have.

We treat it that way. Your log is yours: it syncs to your account so a new phone picks up where the old one left off, and it is never sold, never brokered and never used to target advertising. Export it or delete it whenever you like — the buttons are in Settings, not behind a support ticket.

Questions

Before you download

No. Everything works from the phone alone. If you do wear one, runs start and sync from the wrist and heart rate lands in every session.

Logging, workouts, runs, water, steps and achievements are free. Pro unlocks the AI coach, the photo food scan and the full recipe library.

Yes — steps, active energy and workouts sync both ways, deduplicated across iPhone and Watch so nothing is double counted. Wear a Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Polar or Fitbit? Connect it to Apple Health in its own app and its data flows in the same way.

In your account, synced so a new phone picks up where the old one left off. Nothing is sold and nothing is used for advertising.

MyFitTrack is a fitness tracking app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android that keeps runs, workouts, meals, water and steps in one log, with an AI coach that reads your complete training history before giving advice. A free tier is ad-supported; Pro costs €4.99 a month or €29.99 a year.

The MyFitTrack coach answers with your real logged history — every run, lift, meal and rest day — already in context. A generic chatbot starts from zero each conversation. The coach cites what you actually did, so its plans fit your real training load.

The MyFitTrack watch app records 20+ activity types: GPS runs, walks, hikes and rides, plus tennis, padel, pool and open-water swimming, strength, HIIT, yoga and more. Non-distance sports show live heart rate, time and calories on the wrist.

Yes. Photograph a meal and MyFitTrack estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat, then logs it to your day. Every estimate is editable before saving. The photo food scan is part of Pro.

The exercise library demonstrates 1,300+ movements with animated demos. The recipe catalog holds 2,000+ recipes with photos, full macros and one-tap add to diary. A selection of recipes is free; the full library is Pro.

MyFitTrack ships in 30 languages, including English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Right-to-left layouts are fully supported for Arabic and Hebrew.

Yes — MyFitTrack is live on Google Play now, with Health Connect integration and the same account sync. iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android are all supported.

On iPhone, MyFitTrack supports Sign in with Apple — including Hide My Email — and every platform offers Google, Microsoft and classic email and password. One account syncs across devices, and deleting your account from Settings removes all synced data.

Yes. Pro is a standard subscription, billed through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android — monthly or yearly — and cancelled any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and the free tier keeps working either way.
