These terms apply when you use the MyFitTrack app, this website, or watch and interact with the social media channels we run. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who we are

MyFitTrack is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands, KVK 72366095. Contact: [email protected].

Your account

You need an account to use most of the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app or via myfittrack.net/delete-account.

Subscriptions

MyFitTrack Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal.

Health and AI features

MyFitTrack is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device, and nothing in the app or on our channels is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet programme. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong or incomplete; use your own judgement.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or our channels: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no access to other people's data, no unlawful, abusive or misleading content in your display name or messages. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

You keep ownership of the data you log. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app, this website and the videos, images and text we publish are ours or used with permission; please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Our social media channels

We publish our own videos and posts to our own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, using each platform's official publishing tools and APIs. These integrations post content we made; they are not used to collect personal data from people who watch or comment. Some visuals in our videos are made with AI tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as is and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent Dutch law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss caused by relying on the app's data or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected]; we aim to reply within a few working days.
